First Post! How to soar like an eagle even when surrounded by turkeys.

I'm excited to begin my first blog post! Since I'm speaking tomorrow for the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce for the March Business and Breakfast meeting, I thought I'd "snitch" from my topic and share with you "How to Soar Like an Eagle...Even When You're Surrounded by Turkeys".

Think about the five people you are around the most during a week. Are they individuals you want to strive to be like or are they "roadblocks on the path to success"? It's been said that we become most like those with whom we spend the most time. Or, to put it another way, Jungian analyst, Marion Woodman, explained to a group of healers that, whatever we most needed to work on in our own lives would walk through our door. Someone else noted that our soulmates are not the ones we get along with, but those who drive us crazy because they push us to look at our own foibles.

To quote The Law of Attraction, "That which is like unto itself is drawn". In other words, what we focus on expands, including those we draw into our world. Therefore, if you don't like the way your current relationships are manifesting, take a good look at what in you may be attracting those individuals to you.

One way to do that very effectively would be to attend the upcoming PSYCH-K Basic Workshop taught by Beth Holstein and sponsored by me! Beth will be at my clinic, Harbor Community Psychological Associates, S.C. on May 15 and 16 for this wonderful workshop.
